4. Temperature and metabolism T3 therapy (monitor temps and follow the t3 therapy protocol on the miro board - like magic)
5. Deal with the rest of the symptoms (medication vs natural approaches to sleep, immune, hormones on the miro board)
6. Secret bonus (To speed it up, or to pivot when necessary, some experimental)
