Aggressive autophagy

“I think the main benefit of a dry fast is its autophagy… Dry has a unique one, and it's more aggressive… an osmotic dehydration one, where it rips out of the cell.” [0:23:06–0:23:38]

They also warned that longer is not automatically better, especially for insulin resistance:
